Marc, himself, his blogs, and you reading them.
Since switching to ubuntu I've learned myself to do some basic image manipulating with The Gimp.
Here is just a shot from the garden featuring the 'Dahlia' which is the official town-flower where I live.
It's probably just me, but I've never quite understood how to achieve that with the commercial tools like paintshop or photoshop. For some reason (better web tutorials?) the gimp made it more natural. For all out there on illegal copies of the mentioned products: here is your alternative, also available for windows platforms.
I wonder when it will show up in the curriculum of official after-schools job-training organizations? More luck in other countries?

In review of the recent family holiday (while browsing the pics) it looks like we had some kind of a central theme :-)

I remember quite some events of Steven mentioning new pertinent questions coming from them in the past months or so. Anyways, the article is quite short. But it does grab the essence of the daisy-philosophy and puts up a funded personal opinion of the author.
In no way this is the common journalist/analyst whitepaper/salespitch-transcription. These people did an honest effort to try things out as far as we can tell. So I guess that makes the flattery count double :-)
