OpenStorm

Jeff,

This is awesome news!!! If you want to do this at Apache, just let us know.

Standard Caveats are as follows:
- Apache Software Foundation is not a host like SourceForge. Unlike a Sourceforge project, or a multivendor standards initative under the banner of one of the collaborative (and corporate member based) standards bodies, any project within the ASF is not under the 'banner'of the ASF, it becomes a part of the ASF. It is no longer the vendor's, or original contributor's.
- Apache Software Foundation is "individual-oriented" and not "vendor/company oriented". Everyone gets involved based on their individual merit.
- Incubation is required of all newly accepted projects until a further review indicates that the infrastructure, communications, and decision making process have stabilized in a manner consistent with other successful ASF projects. While incubation status is not necessarily a reflection of the completeness or stability of the code, it does indicate that the project has yet to be fully endorsed by the ASF.

wsa:To -> SOAP1.2's ImmediateDestination

Mark,

Here are the answers to two of the points that you raised about WS-Addressing CR from my friends.

Answer from Marc Hadley:

wsa:To gives the value of the ultimate recipient, but the SOAP
binding is hop-by-hop so ImmediateDestination could be the address of
a SOAP intermediary instead of the ultimate recipient.

Answer from Hugo Haas

With regards to the relationship with Action, this is addressed in
section 2.4 Interactions with Other SOAP Features of the SOAP binding:

Hugo

Four years of Apache Axis

Trip down memory lane...It has been exactly 4 years as of today. Here's my first appearance on axis-dev@. Guess what, it was an interaction with Sam Ruby. Thanks Sam for motivating me through the years.

PS: Here's a typical newbie post on cocoon-dev as my first post asking about daily snapshots. I have to thank Stefano as well.
