Ireland!

moher.png

I've just returned from spending the past week with Kristin in Ireland on holidays! Ireland is such a wonderful and beautiful country, full of friendly people, beautiful countryside and lots of history and culture.

We flew from Frankfurt to Dublin via London last wednesday, and then drove with our hire car southwards to Bray, then on to Kilkenny, Waterford, Cork, Killarney, Dingle, Kilkee, Limerick, Cashel and back to Dublin. All up about 900kms.

There was so much to see along the way - castles, monestaries, museums, beaches, mountains, cliffs, etc, and it was fun to be out driving again on the left side of the road, especially when we were driving alongside the cliffs out near Dingle and Mt. Brandon.

Photos will be online soon - till then above is a sneak preview, it's the Cliffs of Moher, just north of the Shannon river along the coastline. The little dots at the top are actually people :)
